Throughout the day, numerous thoughts are constantly flowing in and out of my head. Some thoughts go in and out of my head so fast that I don’t have time to react emotionally to them. However, some thoughts may decide to stay in my head for a little. These are the thoughts that generally cause me to feel an emotion when thinking about it. Depending on how my day is going and how i feel usually dictate the thoughts that run through my head.
For example, if I am generally having a good day, thoughts that make me happy will pop up in my head, or if I’m having a fairly bad day, negative thoughts tend to come up in my head. If I catch myself thinking about a negative thought, I quickly try to change it to a positive thought because I believe it is important to be aware of your feelings and try to stay as positive about everything as possible.
