Flour – basic ingredient used in cooking, basically harmless
Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, – Vitamins, harmless
Brown Sugar – another basic cooking ingredient
Soybean and Palm Oil – Palm oil is a vegetable oil. Soybean oil is also a vegetable oil.
CORN SYRUP – made from starch of corn and contains varying amounts of maltose and higher oligosaccharides. Obvioulsy, not very good for you. Actually, worse than sugar.
Cracker meal – crushed crackers
Salt – not very good for you, it says not much salt is used, however.
Calcium Carbonate – basically added calcium
Cornstarch – comes from corn grain
Wheatstarch – comes from wheat
Gelatin – protein obtained from animal parts collagen
Caramel Color – more corn product
Folic Acid – actually has some positive side effects and health benefits,
Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate – an ingredient in baking powders, can cause you to exceed safe phosphorous levels
