The fact is original inception was as CMS is what makes it great as resource to build lessons and to teach students. Furthermore, as it is not a private LMS hosted by the university or business it can be used and keep for a longer time. Basically, WordPress is an open educational content management resource which can keep your classroom discussions and data for an extended time period.
