Lab 1: Goals

One of the long term goals I set for myself is eating more fruits and vegetables. Being in college, it is so much easier to just walk over to pizza hut or panda express and grab some quick, greasy, and cheap food. And it is especially hard for me because I’m not the biggest fan of vegetables and am pretty picky about the fruit I will eat. But I feel as though I have made some pretty good short term goals to help me get to my long term goal and actually make this do-able. I want to be an all-around healthy person, so introducing some colorful fruits and vegetables into my diet will definitely help my body, and probably my digestive tract too.
