    That’s interesting that it acts as an anti-inflammatory and how its important to not leave out the pulp. This recipe looks very delicious I might actually try it out. Great information.

    I’m not a fan of cherries but you definitely got me considering I should give them a try. I’ve never been aware of the growing processes they go through it’s interesting great research.

    That’s amazing how much vitamin C is in a Guava, it makes me want to oranges to the curb. I have never really eaten guava just as it self I always had it mixed with something but this recipe looks very chill and yummy. Nice job.

    • Definitely didn’t know mango helps to lower cholesterol level. I like it as fruit then any other way to eat mango.

    • I visited El Salvador 2 summers ago and was eating at least one mango a day. When I came back, my face was much clearer than when I had left a month before.
