    i love cherries but had no idea that they help regulate our sleep-wake cycle. I don’t like cherry flavored things but real cherries are one of my favorite. why did you decide to do your blog post on cherries? do you think you’ll increase your cherry consumption after creating this blog post?

    Avocados are one of my favorite things to eat and those crispy avocados look AMAZING. i will definitely try them. do you enjoy avocados? what made you decide to make your blog post about them?

    bok choy sounds awesome! I’ve never tried it before but ill have to look into some recipes i can use it in. have you ever eaten it before? does it taste good?

    • I didn’t know blueberries help fight urinary tract infections! I am not of fan of cranberries so this is a great alternative. I will definitely incorporate more of these into my diet.

    • I never know that blueberries helped with cognitive improvements. It’s so interesting to learn more and overlooked facts about many fruits. I also liked how you mentioned numerous recipes for blueberries!

    • I would say that blueberries are my favorite fruit. I had no idea they had cognitive powers. Its so cool that they can help memory. I defiently have to keep eating blueberries.
