    I’ve always seen people eat banana’s or include them in smoothies for pre/post-workout nourishment, but never knew exactly why until now! Honestly, I just suck at working out; but maybe it’s because I’m not eating the right things to allow my body to do it’s job…? I think after reading this, I’ll try eating a banana next time I try completing a work-out!

    Wow, the fact Asian Pear’s have the potential to combat cancer and heart disease, AND serve as a good fruit source for diabetics, is impressive in itself. If they have these hidden benefits, I wonder why more people aren’t eating them… Do you think that although they are good for one’s health, they just aren’t up to snuff in comparison to other fruits?
