    I had never even heard or starfruit and I was intrigued when you stated it was a source of Vitamin C but that it would taste good with cheese. I might have to try this fruit some day.

    I found it really interesting that cherries are a natural source of melatonin and I especially liked how you went into depth on the growing process. Reading this made me want to eat cherries a little bit more than usual mainly because of the melatonin fact.

    I liked the recipe you provided. I never heard of coconut in the form of soup. It did make me want to eat the fruit but I don’t think that I will ever get myself to make a coconut soup – maybe if I ordered it somewhere or somebody made it for me.

    I’ve never tried sweet in my salads so I might have to try it sometime. I wonder if people eat the seeds. I didn’t know it was a super food too.

    I visited El Salvador 2 summers ago and was eating at least one mango a day. When I came back, my face was much clearer than when I had left a month before.

    I might have to start eating more grapefruits if they help with fatigue. I usually just cut the grapefruit in have and use a spoon to scoop it out.

    The recipe for the muffins looks simple and it sounds delicious. The fact that it may decrease the risk of cancer makes it more appealing too.
