    • I was not a big fan of cauliflower and I eat it on occasions. After reading your blog it does make me want to eat it more often.

    • Before reading the post on cauli flower, I was unaware that it is so beneficial to our bodies. I learned that cauli flower can kill cancer stem cells, and contains many vitamins and nutrients that help our bodies remain healthy

    • Did you know that you could fry cauliflower too? Which my personal preference to eat it. I thought cauliflower would have much more vitamins in it though.
