Kirstin Pantazis

I currently work as the Transfer Coach for John Tyler community college. Before I came to Tyler, I worked as an academic advisor at Reynolds Community College on the downtown campus. I started my career in higher education at Danville Community College where I worked to engage students academically and socially as a Transfer Coordinator, a Student Activities Coordinator, and a Sociology instructor. My research areas of interest include equity in higher education and in high impact practices in higher education transfer processes.
