TRIO Money Mondays Financial Literacy Series

The TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) Money Mondays Financial Literacy series is designed to educate and assist students with one of the most important responsibilities they encounter when entering college: financial independence.  Learning how to navigate this newfound freedom can be confusing and often challenging. Knowing that a solid financial foundation can lead to a lifetime of financial success, VCU TRIO SSS has collaborated with the Virginia Credit Union to empower students with personal finance skills that can be practiced in their everyday lives.

The session includes an in-depth look at effective cash flow, understanding student loans, and building a savings and investment plan that will carry over to life after VCU.
