A business graduate from Elon University, Michaela Ranaldi Bearden began her career at the YMCA of Greater Richmond. In a variety of roles, Michaela’s work focused on relationships, program development and implementation, fundraising, and outreach.
Michaela began work at VCU in 2010 in the School of Business, within the Center for Corporate Education. Shortly after, she began work towards her Masters in Education with a focus on student development which she completed in 2014.
Currently, Michaela serves as Director at the Center for Corporate Education where she is responsible for the Center’s operations. The Center is a part of the School of Business Foundation and offers leadership and certification programs to the greater Richmond community.
Michaela’s primary responsibilities include creation and oversight of open enrollment programming, business development in the custom leadership sector, curriculum design, growth strategies, and School of Business foundation support.
